Mixed Use / Master Plan Development

Photos

Any land development undertaken by RIDA must meet one overriding criterion - a unique location in the heart of a rapidly growing and dynamic area. Nowhere is this better illustrated than at its spectacular ChampionsGate Project, one of Florida's most ambitious private developments.

Situated just south of the main gate entrance to the Walt Disney World entertainment complex, Championsgate is being developed on over 2,500 acres covering all four corners of the new Interstate 4/County Road 532 interchange, and features two 18-hole Greg Norman designed championship golf courses. The project, which currently features the flagship Omni Resort and over $900 million of total development to date, will feature several additional resort hotels, limited service hotels, a neighborhood shopping center, and luxury condominium and apartment facilities, as well as office towers - all in a self-contained, picturesque and high profile setting.

The RIDA organization is well suited for the patient and detail oriented approach that is critical to the success of any sizable land / mixed-use development project. As exemplified by ChampionsGate, RIDA will continue to develop strategically located land / mixed-use development projects in the United States and internationally.
