RIDA Development Corp is proud to have broken ground on its newest project, the Marriott Marquis Houston, on April 11, 2014.

A stunning display of innovative features and state of the art architecture, the Marriott Marquis Houston will become one of the largest convention center hotels in Houston, with the most meeting space featured in any Houston convention center hotel. The downtown gem will be one of only six Marriott Marquis hotels in the nation.

Showcasing unique elements of design, the hotel will boast a rooftop lazy river 100 feet above the city streets in the shape of Texas, as well as a two story sports bar spotlighting impressive media throughout for guests to enjoy in a casual yet sophisticated after-hours environment known as the Texas Sky River.
